How do I amend my booking?

You can cancel and rebook your appointment through our App:

  1. Select Appointments from your app menu
  2. Select the booking you wish to cancel under ‘Upcoming’ Appointments
  3. Select ‘Cancel Appointment’
  4. Select back to credit. This will immediately add credit back to your account in order to make a new booking.

You can amend your appointment at any time following your booking, but please note that

fees will apply if wish to make an amendment to your booking within 24 hours of your agreed appointment time. Your fees will be explained to you before making the amendment, as per our cancellation terms below.
